We encourage this escape from the comfortable, creation of authentic relationships, and strengthening of bonds through facilitated discussions where participants “go deep”, discuss real issues, and show vulnerability.

Conquering our personal, professional, and family lives within a Forum context requires the abandonment of conversational norms and outdated boundaries. We don’t do the surface-level discussion, and we also don’t do the tried and tired trust falls or ropes courses. We seek to continually bound over the barriers of convention, and get to what really matters.
